Now hiring developers · Front-end, back-end & mobile

Join the team building our next release

We're a product team preparing a major production release, and our roadmap has outgrown the people we have. We're hiring developers across web, mobile and back-end — there's no fixed headcount, so we'll bring on everyone who clears the bar — to take real ownership of features, from the first design discussion through to shipping and supporting them in production.

This is hands-on, accountable work from day one. Full project details are shared only with candidates who clear every stage.

This project is confidential

We don't disclose product specifics during application, assessment, or interview — the assessment briefs are generic exercises, not real project work. Full project details are shared only after you clear every stage and accept an NDA.

Why we're hiring

This isn't a backfill or a talent pool. These roles exist because there is specific, near-term work that needs dedicated owners.

Our roadmap outgrew our capacity

The scope of the upcoming release is larger than the current team can deliver well. We would rather add skilled people than stretch quality.

Ownership, not ticket-taking

Each developer owns features end to end — planning, building, reviewing and supporting them in production — with real decision-making authority.

Web, mobile and back-end together

The platform spans several surfaces, so we need people strong in their own area who can also work across the boundaries between them.

A production bar we intend to keep

Code review, testing and reliability matter to us. We are hiring people who care about how the software behaves after it ships.
