This notice covers the data collected through the Developer Application Portal — your account, application, and everything you submit as part of the hiring process.
What we collect
- Account details: email address and authentication method
- Profile information: name, photo, phone, location, timezone, bio
- Application details: experience, stack, availability, rate, links to your GitHub, portfolio, LinkedIn, and CV
- Project entries and written answers you submit
- Basic writing-integrity signals on written answers (paste events, time on step, revision count) — used to flag responses for a closer read, never for automatic rejection
- Assessment and interview records, and any notes or scores we add
What it's used for
Solely to run the hiring process: reviewing applications, scheduling assessments and interviews, and communicating with you about your status. We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Retention
We keep application data for 12 months after the role is filled or your application is closed, then delete it. You can request earlier deletion at any time — see below.
Your data, deleted on request
Contact us through the details on the FAQ page to request a copy of your data or have it deleted. We'll act on deletion requests within 30 days.
